New York Times and USA Today Bestseller

New York Times & USA Today Bestseller

What a wild and crazy week this has been! After a year of hard work and too little sleep, one of my biggest literary dreams has come true. Dark Humanity, the boxed set I am one of the participating authors in, hit the New York Times Bestseller list at #5 and the USA Today Bestseller list at #8. I’m still pinching myself -ouch! To hit the list at all is an achievement, and it is beyond my wildest expectations to land so high up on it. Thank you to everyone who supported this boxed set, and all the participating authors, by promoting, sharing on social media and preordering a copy. I am truly grateful to each and every one of you for your kind words and encouragement along the way.

Participating Authors:

Gwynn White

NYT bestselling author of epic steampunk fantasy set on distant planets. All my stories have an adventure at the heart, mixed with a liberal sprinkling of romance and intrigue. To confuse things, I also write adventure travel books set firmly on planet Earth. Weird, I know, but it makes me tick. I am a South African, currently living in the UK with my husband, Andrew, my three daughters, a yapping Toy Pomeranian, and a fantastic farm cat called Pixel. When I’m not writing, I’m reading, traveling, herding kids around, taking dogs for walks, and avoiding all cooking.

Erin St. Pierre

Erin St Pierre is a twenty-year-old author and world traveler. South African born, she has lived in three different countries on three different continents. Still, that is not enough. She wants to travel the world, writing, drinking hot chocolate, and eating cheesecake. She currently lives in Western Australia (who knows how long that will last) with the best cat in the world. She started writing at around fifteen or sixteen, and Queen of Extinction is her first published work. And it will definitely not be her last.

Norma Hinkens

NYT and USA Today bestselling author Norma Hinkens grew up among rich storytelling traditions in her native Ireland, land of make-believe and the original little green man. A globetrotter at heart, she settled in California and began scribbling down the yarns that have been brewing in her head for years. In her spare time she retreats to rural Idaho to hike, bike and boat, but mostly to eavesdrop on mountain men and prepare for the apocalypse. If you like dystopian sagas, gritty heroines, and twists you won’t see coming, then you’ll love her turbo-paced thrill-rides! Join her VIP Reader Club for hot new releases, stellar giveaways, exclusive content, behind the scenes and more.

E. E. Isherwood

E.E. Isherwood is the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of the Sirens of the Zombie Apocalypse series. He has designs for many other dystopian and post-apocalyptic science fiction and fantasy novels. His long-time fascination with the end of the world blossomed decades ago after reading the 1949 classic Earth Abides. Zombies are just a handy vehicle allowing him to observe how society breaks down in the face of such withering calamity. Isherwood lives in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife and family. He stays deep in a bunker with steepled fingers, always awaiting the arrival of the first wave of zombies.

Michael-Scott Earle

I’m currently working on a space opera series and have outlines for a supernatural horror series, a Western horror series, a futurist cyber-punk series, a comedic fantasy series, and a series in the Destroyer universe that will take place a few months after the end of book 4. When I am not working or writing, I enjoy cycling (road and mountain), guitar/bass guitar playing, esoteric music, reading, exercising, and spending time with my family.

He is also involved in local civics and sits on various community & council committees. Christopher was born in the UK and grew up in England’s South East. At age 20, he moved to The Netherlands, where he married Sandy, his wife of 28 years. He and Sandy settled back in the UK at the end of their world tour, where their two children were both born. In 2009, the family moved to Melbourne, Australia, where they now live.

Joanne Wadsworth

Joanne Wadsworth is a NEW YORK TIMES Bestselling Author who adores getting lost in the world of romance, no matter what era in time that might be. Hot alpha Highlanders hound her, demanding their stories are told and she’s devoted to ensuring they meet their match, whether that be with a feisty lass from the present or far in the past. Living on a tiny island at the bottom of the world, she calls New Zealand home. Big-dreamer, hoarder of chocolate, and addicted to juicy watermelons since the age of five, she chases after her four energetic children and has her own hunky hubby on the side.

Constance Burris

Constance Burris is a nerd, writer, wife and mother. Most of her stories are speculative fiction. She was lost the moment she read her first science fiction story in kindergarten about people living on Venus. When she discovered the story was fiction, she was heartbroken, but it didn’t affect her love for all things fantastical.

Nirina Stone

Nirina is a NY Times and USA Today Bestseller of Dystopian and Post-Apocalypse novels. When she was seven, she planned to grow up as a ballet-dancing nun by day and crime-fighting vigilante by night…using ballet. A lot has changed since then, except for her silly day-dreams. Nowadays, she imagines being a super-sleuth android assassin living on a Mars-like planet in a different universe. But since that’s unlikely, she’s writing about it instead. Stay tuned for the new series, The Allendian Post-Apocalypse, coming in 2017.

Andrea Ring

Andrea Ring grew up in Orange County, California, proclaiming at age eight that she wanted to be an “auther.” It only took her thirty years to realize her dream. She enjoys beating her four children at Boggle, reading science fiction and fantasy, and eating bacon. She hates to exercise, but loves taking walks with her family through Old Towne Orange. She’s lucky to be married to the love of her life. Her favorite ride at Disneyland is Indiana Jones. Her favorite movies are The Princess Bride and Better Off Dead. Her favorite authors are Jim Butcher and Susan Elizabeth Phillips. She thinks every book should contain a love story. Did we mention her love of bacon?

M. D. Cooper

When I began writing about a distant future—in the 42nd century—a woman named Tanis showed up. Her strength and drive took over my stories and I couldn’t help but write about her. Tanis lives in a future where there is no faster than light travel and no teleporters. However, humans have created structures as large as moons, and have shifted planets. They share their minds with AI and talk to one another almost telepathically. Yet they are still human, they still laugh, and tell tall tales, and love one another. The Aeon 14 series contains four books, with the fifth coming in the spring of 2017. Join the journey and see what the future may have in store for us.

She was born in southern California and has lived in Chicago and Tokyo. She currently lives in Oklahoma with her husband and three grown children.

Jamie Campbell

Jamie was born into a big, crazy family of 6 children. Being the youngest, she always got away with anything and would never shut up. Constantly letting her imagination run wild, her teachers were often frustrated when her ‘What I did on the weekend’ stories contained bunyips and princesses. Growing up, Jamie did the sensible things and obtained a Bachelor of Business degree from Southern Cross University and worked hard to gain her membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Yet nothing compared to writing. Quiting the rat race to spend quality time with her laptop named Lily, Jamie has written several novels and screenplays. Spanning a number of genres and mediums, Jamie writes whatever inspires her from ghost stories to teenage love stories to tantalising murder mysteries. Nothing is off limits.
